Café Racers captured by photographer Kyle Alexander

Café Racers have their roots in 1960s British counterculture “Rockers” who modified their motor bikes for speed, and used for fast rides from one coffee bar to another.

Commercial advertising photographer and filmaker Kyle Alexander recently completed a project for The Vintage Advantage, a Los Angeles based company that crafts custom café racer motorcycles and parts.

Kyle shot many of these images hanging out the back of a Chevy Suburban on the Southern California Coast. Bet he wished he was hanging on the back of a Racer.

We hope you enjoy these sweet images.
