Top Five House Porn of 2012.

We are fans of architecture--so much so that we see the built environment as a type of porn. Great architectural design is a passion, and a fascination, and we just can't get enough. Here are five of our favorite articles we call "House Porn."

Bob Hope’s Contemporary Space Ship in Palm Springs

Some say Bob Hope’s house in Palm Springs reminds them of a doughnut on acid. Others say it looks like a flying saucer. A Big Sur Modern Along the California Coast

One of my favorite houses along California’s Central Coast is a Big Sur Modern House on five oceanfront acres in the town of Cambria. Have a look. I think you’ll like what you see.

Wealth Does Not Breed Taste: A Look Inside America’s Ugliest $58 Million Mansion in Cambria, California.

The Beatles Rotating Party House in Palm Springs

Built in 1963, the house has a rotating mechanism that allows the house to complete a 130 degree turn in 15 seconds, allowing you to have a different view on the world in a touch of a button. And it has a Beatles pedigree.
