Attacks on California candidates top list of "The 10 Freakiest Campaign Ads"

Our friends over at AdFreak did a yeoman's job at reviewing all of the "freaky" ads during this election cycle.

Sifting through the ads ranging from "the uninspired to the obnoxious" they discovered some ads that were so over the top, they went from baffling-ly bad to laugh-worthy, and highly entertaining.

Top honors went to an animated (yet freakishly life-like) version of California Republican gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman in a Democratic group-funded ad called "Level the Playing Field;" and then there was the U.S. Senate candidate Carly Fiorina's ad during the primary where she blasted her FCINO (Fiscal Conservative in Name Only) opponent with a Demon Sheep and; coming in 3rd is  "Attack of the 50-Foot Pelosi" from Pennsylvania Congressional candidate Tim Burns who portrayed Speaker of the House and California Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi as a bloated, wild-eyed, pillaging giantess wreaking havoc on little people everywhere.

What's with all these bad campaign ads and California politicians?
