While Nestle is busy suing Muscle Milk over claims that they deceptively don't include milk as an ingredient, despite its name, Coca-Cola is slinking into the milk business with a sparkling milk-based beverage called Vio.
Vio is a citrus flavored drink and is reportedly made with sparkling water, a "hint" of skim milk, cane sugar and fruit flavors.
The drink is currently being test marketed in New York City with 200 retailers.
Fizzy milk drinks may be new to the States, but Coke had sold a similar product, Qoo, in Asia from 1999 to 2005. And who can forget Laverne De Fazio's favorite drink on Laverne & Shirley: Pepsi Milk.
