In life, Ashton Kutcher plays many roles—investor, activist, and actor, even “president of pop culture” for PopChips. So, it seems quite fitting that Ashton portrays four different caricatures characters on a dating show in a new ad produced by the folks from PopChips.
The ad is for a faux dating site, World Wide Lovers and the characters include a flamboyant fashion designer, a sensitive Harley-loving biker, a new age hippie, and a Bollywood film producer.
The flamboyant fashion designer is clearly modeled after Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld. Ashton Wears the fashion icon's trademark sunglasses, slicked-back ponytail, fingerless gloves and ornate jewels, Ashton (as character “Darl”) jokes, "I'm sorry, I was holding my breath to look skinner."
Other characters include “Raj,” the Bollywood producer who's a fan of Kim Kardashian and Jersey Shore character "Snooki.” Then there’s “Nigel,” a British stoner; and “Swordfish,” a tattooed Southerner.
