Monopoly launches re-designed game befitting the Great Recession

The board game Monopoly, which launched during the Great Depression, is re-configuring itself and will introduce a 75th Anniversary edition to be launched during the Great Recession.

"Monopoly: Revolution Edition" is round instead of square, with debit cards and an ATM instead of paper money and a banker, clear plastic representations of the classic tokens, and clips of popular songs (like Rihanna’s "Umbrella," Daniel Powter’s "Bad Day," and Beyonce's "Crazy in Love") that play after certain actions. Plus, there will be adjusted-for-inflation prizes.

Now if only we could re-design the real Wall Street.
